4-hour board · ten stations · or nothing
Most names
are not a trade.
You pay for a seat that blinks all day. Then you still have to decide which blink is real. Cascade does that decision. Ten stations. If they all clear, you get a side, a stop, and a size. If nine clear, the name stays on watch. The rest never reach you.

Why you want this
A beep is not a reason to risk money.
Unusual Whales is $50, $75, or $120 a month. BlackBoxStocks is $59 to $149. Cheddar Flow is about $85. You pay that on a quiet month the same as a wild one. The seat’s job is to show you flow. Your job is still to throw most of it out.
Cascade is the throw-out. The prior bar has to be quiet. This bar has to expand, close where it claims, and break the box without already being extended. Then the tape has to agree, and the options chain is not allowed to argue. A convertible hedge or a hard borrow can still kill the side.
If any one of those fails, the answer is Flat. Flat means do not spend the money.

What you get
One pass. A side, a watch, or silence.
- The clock is 4 hours. The signal is the last finished bar, not the one still printing.
- 10/10 is Long or Short. Plan price, stop at the bar’s extreme, share count from the cash and the risk percent you set. You place the order. The desk does not.
- 9/10 is the watch. One station missed. It is not a smaller trade. It is a name to look at when that station changes.
- 30-minute and 65-minute sit beside it. Same stations, faster clocks, so you can see whether the lower timeframe agrees with the 4-hour bar.
The ten stations
All ten. Or you are not in the trade.
01
Compression
The prior bar has to be the quiet one. A loud bar that gets louder is not the setup.
02
Participation
This bar trades at least 1.5× the last twenty bars. A break on air does not count.
03
Close location
The close sits in the outer quarter of the bar. A wick is not a decision.
04
Range break
The close is outside the prior ten bars. Inside the box, you are early.
05
Drift
The side agrees with the 50-bar drift. Fighting it is a different trade.
06
Not extended
Skip a name already four ATR off its 20-bar mean. That move already happened.
07
Stop fits
Risk from the close to the bar’s extreme stays inside three ATR. If it doesn’t, the size is a lie.
08
Buys vs sells
On the 1-minute tape, 55% of the prints have to be on your side. Volume alone does not say who won.
09
Options
The other side’s option volume cannot be 1.5× yours. If it is, the chain is arguing.
10
Mechanical veto
A live convertible hedge blocks the long. Hard borrow blocks the short. Those are not opinions.
What you pay
A quarter a pass. Five for a dollar.

The challenge is empty until you ask. Price, network, asset, and pay-to come back on the live response, not from a screenshot.
This is not a win rate and not a promise the next 10/10 makes money. Eight stations is still Flat. The desk does not send orders. Machines read /llms.txt. The price is the live 402, not that file.
